The first annual conference to be held by the new MENALAC trade association in the Middle East will be held on the first two days of the major DEAL trade show in Dubai, on March 26-27.

MENALAC - the Middle East and North Africa Leisure and Attraction Council - brings together the leading companies within the region’s entertainment industry, including the theme parks and family entertainment centres companies. The organisation has now been accredited by the Dubai Association Centre and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The conference will be held in the Al Ain meeting halls A and B at the exhibition centre and the programme will cover all aspects of today’s attractions industry. Day one will cover safety, including safety standards, and day two will focus on a CEO "Conclave" with senior industry panelists taking part. They will present a roundtable discussion on major elements of today’s industry.

The main sponsor of the conference is the major Italian rides maker IE Park. InterGame is the Official Publication of the organisation.

Members of MENALAC and IAAPA will pay AED600 (US$163) for the two-day conference, including lunch and refreshments and non-members AED700. To register as a delegate email info@menalac.org or call Nawal Zioui on +971 508 481567.
